What about damages?
While we will, of course, treat your home with the greatest of care, accidents can and do occasionally happen. All of our Cleaners are fully insured for such occurrences, should any damage or breakage occur whilst they are cleaning your home, we will undertake to repair or replace the item. If of course, the item has broken due to wear and tear, then this is not something we would expect to pay for.
Please be aware that there is an excess of £150 on all claims for which you are responsible.Back to Index

How are the Cleaners vetted?
All Cleaners are vetted using this process:
- If a work permit is required it is checked
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked
- Two references are requested and checked
Will I have the same Cleaner every week?
We will provide you with the same Cleaner on each visit, on the same day each week/fortnight. We will only replace your regular Cleaner with another if your Cleaner is on holiday, off sick, unsuitable or if they have terminated their employment.Back to Index

Can I meet my Cleaner first?
Yes, we always recommend that you meet your Cleaner before she starts, to ensure that you are happy with her coming to clean your home. This also gives you an opportunity to discuss your priorities with her.
We will arrange a meeting with the Cleaner at your home or office at a time to suit you. This can be in the daytime, evening or weekend.
Do I have to stay at home when the Cleaner carries out a scheduled clean?
No, our Cleaners are all stringently vetted, trained and experienced so that you can leave them in your home to clean alone. You can leave a set of keys with your Cleaner; 90% of our Cleaners hold keys for their Clients.Back to Index
Can I change my cleaner if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. If you are unhappy with your cleaner then we will try to resolve the issue first. If this is not possible then we will assign you a new cleaner.Back to Index
Who is responsible for providing cleaning products and materials?
For a regular clean you are responsible for supplying cleaning materials and equipment. This allows the customer to have the brands and any particular scents they prefer.
For one-off cleaning, we can supply products and materials if so desired.
How much notice do I need to give if I wish to cancel my cleaner?
We require 30 days notice to cancel your contract.Back to Index
